Nowadays, a lot of folks don't like to think about auto maintenance. Jay Leno is a great comedian and is likely best known for his role as late night talk show host. He’s also a big-time car lover. In fact, he owns hundreds of cars and motorcycles and features some of them on his newest TV venture, Jay Leno’s Garage.

Last winter, Toyota announced it would be investing $1 billion to open two research and development facilities, collectively called the Toyota Research Institute (TRI).

The Palo Alto, CA and Cambridge, Ma locations will now be joined by a third facility in Ann Arbor, MI.
